This document provides an introduction to the study, outlining its objectives and significance. The study aims to explore the main factors that contribute to employee retention in the private sector in Kuwait. Specifically, it seeks to investigate the types of benefits, organizational strategies, and cultural issues that most impact retention. It also examines employees' future plans and how they relate to retention. The introduction establishes the importance of retention to organizational success and discusses challenges such as information asymmetry, agency costs, and motivational styles that can negatively impact retention.
