Jesus prophesies the destruction of the temple in Jerusalem and warns of future tribulations including wars, earthquakes, and false prophets. He is then betrayed by Judas, tried before the Sanhedrin and Pilate, and crucified. However, the tomb is found empty by women and Jesus appears to his disciples, commanding them to go forth and spread the good news of salvation to all nations through faith and baptism, which they do with signs and wonders confirming their message.
