 Delphi supplies Automotive parts to all major car companies.

 In 2004 TCS got related with Delphi.
 Delphi has ERP systems such as SAP,QAD,Bplex.

4.  Delphi has 5 divisions
1. Power Train(PT) : This division manufactures Automotive parts like Fuel Pump, Fuel Injector.
2. Packard : EEA architecture, this generates highest revenue when compared to other divisions. Manufactures Harness
components
3. Electronics and Safety(ENS) : Manufactures Airbags,Sensors,Musical systems etc.
4. Thermal : As it wasn’t giving any revenue to the company its been sold by Delphi to Mahle.Mahle has its own IT
template, also good in Thermal parts manufacturing. Thermal parts are Heat Ventilation, AC.
5. Delphi products,Services,Solutions(DPSS) : This is a B2C,which is connected with a dealer who supplies parts
directly to customers.

5. SAP BASICS
 SAP has mainly two types
1. GCT ( Global Common Template )
2. NGCT ( Non Global Common Template )
 GCT includes production system PN1 which is global.
 NGCT includes P0x and PR1

P02 - Poland
P03 – Germany
P04 – Spain,Portugeese
P06 – Sweden, Belgium
