DoH: Outcome Framework aspires to have data at the county/city level
IPH: Community Profiles Tool with 200+ indicators available at county/city
levelin a GIS-based web tool
DPHs in HSE: Recently produced community profiles available on Lenus
Many other organisations produce local data or local community profiles
Many people recognise we face many shared challenges that are best handled
collectively rather than individually
