The purpose of this assignment is to provide you with an
opportunity to move from beyond basic mastery of
developmental aspects of behavior to a more advanced
integrative knowledge of the ways in which development is a
constant interplay of affective, biological, cognitive, social, and
other aspects of behaviors. For this paper you are asked to
select a topic or issue in developmental psychology that you
would like to learn more about. After reviewing a minimum of
12 peer-reviewed journal articles and/or scholarly books, you
will write a paper that outlines your topic and explains its
relevance to developmental psychology. In your review of the
literature make sure that you address two or more aspects of
behavior (affective, biological, cognitive, social, etc.) related to
your developmental issue. You must also include a discussion of
cultural considerations and how aspects of individual and
cultural diversity may impact your topic. Your paper should be
10-12 pages long, not including Title Page and References.

Unified Communications (UC) have become a common way of
handling a variety of communication elements within an
organization. The UC system incorporates the phone system that
integrates (“unifies”) a variety of communication processes
within an organization (Turban et al., 2019). The UC systems
help different organizations to communicate in a variety of
ways. The UC system helps an organization communicate in
ways such as phone calls, SMS, email, fax, instant messaging,
and video conferencing (Ramotsoela et al., 2018). The UC
solution incorporates a variety of communication techniques
that allow the business to work together as a uniform system.
Therefore, making the business more effective and efficient.
The UC primarily enhances communication in the organization,
thus improving the overall output of the companies.
Online Research of the UC System
The study of understanding UC systems is essential for
comprehending information systems. In the quest to understand
more of the UC systems. The three primary online URLs I found

From the three URLs, the most informative URL I would

communications/. The URL offers reliable information about the
UC system. The URL begins by describing the UC system and
how the system impacts the operation of the business. The site
also defines the different functions and benefits of the UC
system. The organization of the information on the website is
exceptional. The URL also provides adequate information that
will help any level reader to comprehend the primary benefits
and application of the UC systems.
Furthermore, the URL has provided adequate information about
the UC system. The site has provided numerous aspects of the
UC system in a certain way. The data from the URL is written
in simple language. Therefore, the information is easy to
comprehend. The other element that makes me advocate for the
URL is that the site also uses pictures to facilitate easy
comprehension of how the system works.

Various online videos offer explanations of unified
communication. Most of these do an excellent job in helping an
individual understand what this concept entails. However, there
are three that I believe do an excellent job in trying to explain
this concept effectively. These are:

Looking at these three URLs, they are especially effective since
they offer proper insights and in simple language in what
unified communication entails. However, I believe the third
URL especially does an excellent job in explaining this concept.
There are various reasons why I believe this to be the case.
One of the mains reason why I find the video as doing an
excellent job in illustrating the characteristics and capabilities
of the UC system is the use of real-world visuals to show what
UC entails. Through showing how the different forms of
communication in the workplace are disintegrated, and the
needs to bring them together, it helps one to understand what
UC means. Even for an individual who has never heard of UC,
just listening and watching the first 45 seconds of the video
helps him gain a clear understanding of what the process is.
This is as opposed to the first video where only a lecture-like
presentation is given explaining what UC entails.
Lastly, the video is smooth and straight forward. In
addition, the tone is also light and enjoyable. Although the
other videos are also straight forward, they tend to be rather
formal, and one may not easily remember then in the future.
Looking at the third URL, the visuals make the videos
enjoyable, and people can easily use the images to remember
what the video entailed in the future. However, this is lacking
in the other videos, making it rather easy for an individual not
to recall anything about them in the future.

The UC primarily enhances communication in the organization, thus improving the overall output of the companies. The other element that makes me advocate for the URL is that the site also uses pictures to facilitate easy comprehension of how the system works. Most of these do an excellent job in helping an individual understand what this concept entails. However, there are three that I believe do an excellent job in trying to explain this concept effectively.   • 11. they offer proper insights and in simple language in what unified communication entails. However, I believe the third URL especially does an excellent job in explaining this concept. There are various reasons why I believe this to be the case. One of the mains reason why I find the video as doing an excellent job in illustrating the characteristics and capabilities of the UC system is the use of real-world visuals to show what UC entails. Through showing how the different forms of communication in the workplace are disintegrated, and the needs to bring them together, it helps one to understand what UC means. Even for an individual who has never heard of UC, just listening and watching the first 45 seconds of the video helps him gain a clear understanding of what the process is. This is as opposed to the first video where only a lecture-like presentation is given explaining what UC entails. Lastly, the video is smooth and straight forward. In addition, the tone is also light and enjoyable. Although the other videos are also straight forward, they tend to be rather formal, and one may not easily remember then in the future. Looking at the third URL, the visuals make the videos enjoyable, and people can easily use the images to remember what the video entailed in the future. However, this is lacking in the other videos, making it rather easy for an individual not to recall anything about them in the future.
