1. The prospective contributors are requested to submit MS-Word
electronic version of their paper in IEEE format, not exceeding 06
pages on A4 size paper, through e-mail on
nationalconference@gn.amity.edu
2. All references must follow the IEEE format of referencing
3. To facilitate the paper’s double-blind peer review process, authors
should make efforts to ensure that information about the authors’
identities do not appear anywhere in the text-body of the paper.
4. All fonts must be embedded in the file.
5. Fonts that require non-English language support are not allowed.
6. The document should not have any password protection.
7. Do not put your own page numbers on the manuscript.
8. The decision regarding the acceptance of the papers is at the
discretion of the ‘Technical Program Committee’.
9. Note that short manuscripts / abstract are not considered

Accommodation can be arranged in the Amity University, Greater Noida
Guest house /nearby as per the availability on payment basis for which

advance on first-come-first basis, range of hotel rent is 2000 - 5000.

Nearest Airport: Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi.
International flights and some domestic flights arrive at Terminal 3 and
Terminal 1.
Palam Airport, New Delhi is for domestic flights.
Prepaid taxis and luxury cabs are available at airport to commute across
the city.
Railway Station: Nizamuddin railway station and Anand vihar railway
station are closest to the venue of the conference; other railway stations
are Old Delhi railway station, New Delhi and Ghaziabad railway station.
From all stations prepaid autos, taxis and yellow bus services are

Metro Station: Metro train service is available from New Delhi,
