This document describes a manufacturing process monitoring and data collection system. The system uses a PLC connected to FactoryTalk Transaction Manager software to interface with a SQL database. It collects production data like part counts and downtime events using FIFO arrays and stores it in the database. HMI screens allow operators to view status and input additional attributes. The system provides real-time monitoring of the production process and downtime events.
