Letter of Recommendation
To whom it may concern,
Mario has worked for me in the capacity of both an external contractor and as an employee
over the last three years.
In his capacity as a Regional Head of Continuous Improvement he both lived and worked in a
variety of cultures and countries in South East Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia). His
responsibilities covered a variety of industries serving our suppliers, this included apparel,
footwear and the accessories/gear sectors. Our client base is comprised of large scale
facilities with thousands of workers. The ability to relate and connect with people of
different cultures is critical to our success.
We have found Mario to be highly reliable, hard working and able to adapt to a wide variety
of cultures and levels within the organization. He is especially adept at relating to people
and in developing personnel.
He has a very good grasp of all Lean tools, but more importantly can explain them in a way
that any level of the organization can understand and apply what was learned. He has been
instrumental in the lean transformation of a wide variety of factory locations and types.

During his time with us Mario was also instrumental in assisting with the development of
new training materials and was a contributor to improving our training and consulting
approach with clients.
I would highly recommend Mario as a candidate for employment, where ability to relate to
people and motivate those involved in Lean Transformation is a primary objective.
It would be my pleasure to discuss Mario’s accomplishments with interested parties.
Sincerely,
David P. Freni
