ABSTRACT: Although a significant amount of literature exists on Morocco's migration policies and their
successes and failures since their implementation in 2014, there is limited research on the integration of subSaharan African children into schools. This paperis part of a Ph.D. research project that aims to fill this gap. It
reports the main findings of a study conducted with migrant children enrolled in two public schools in Rabat,
Morocco, exploring how integration is defined by the children themselves and identifying the obstacles that they
have encountered thus far. The following paper uses an inductive approach and primarily focuses on the
relationships of children with their teachers and peers as a key aspect of integration for students with a migration
background. The study has led to several crucial findings. It emphasizes the significance of speaking Colloquial
Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and being part of a community for effective integration. Moreover, it reveals that the
use of Modern Standard Arabic as the language of instruction in schools is a source of frustration for students,
indicating the need for language policy reform. The study underlines the importanceof considering the
children‟s agency when being integrated into mainstream public schools.

Improving Workplace Safety Performance in Malaysian SMEs: The Role of Safety ...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: In the Malaysian context, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) experience a significant
burden of workplace accidents. A consensus among scholars attributes a substantial portion of these incidents to
human factors, particularly unsafe behaviors. This study, conducted in Malaysia's northern region, specifically
targeted Safety and Health/Human Resource professionals within the manufacturing sector of SMEs. We
gathered a robust dataset comprising 107 responses through a meticulously designed self-administered
questionnaire. Employing advanced partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) techniques
with SmartPLS 3.2.9, we rigorously analyzed the data to scrutinize the intricate relationship between safety
behavior and safety performance. The research findings unequivocally underscore the palpable and
consequential impact of safety behavior variables, namely safety compliance and safety participation, on
improving safety performance indicators such as accidents, injuries, and property damages. These results
strongly validate research hypotheses. Consequently, this study highlights the pivotal significance of cultivating
safety behavior among employees, particularly in resource-constrained SME settings, as an essential step toward
enhancing workplace safety performance.

THE LEGEND OF SAHASRARJUN
A source of eternal inspiration
Sahasrarjun, when we hear
this name, a beautiful im-
age comes in our mind
with multiple hands. Sahasra means
thousand. Sahasrarjun was a well
known kshatriya warrior who ruled
the kingdom of Mahismati. It is in
MadhyaPradesh (Maheshwar prov-
ince). There are various stories
about Sahasrarjun in Puranas. Many
fables and folklores have been
passed from generation to genera-
tion. Our forefathers spread many
wonderful stories on Sahasrarjun.
the legend says that, once upon
a time Rakshasas created havoc
and started disturbing all the pujas
and yagnas. When there was no
peace on earth, God Vishnu sent
Chakradeva as one of his 26 Avata-
aras. He destroyed all the Rakshas and
become a great emperor Sahasrarjun.
In some stories, it is also said that
Kartavirya after becoming the ruler
of Mahismati sought the advice of the
elders for the betterment of and for
expansion of his kingdom to the four
corners of the earth. Then he went on
a quest for peace to a mountain top
to pray to the God Dattatreya. Saha-
rarjun prayed to God Dattatreya for
peace and strength with deep devo-
tion. Dattatreya appeared and blessed
him with thousand powerful hands.
Mighty Sahasrarjun then conquered all
the known and unknown oversea king-
doms. With his thousand hands Sahas-
rarjun is addressed as Sahasrabahu, Sa-
hasrabujhadhari etc. He is alsoreferred
to as Rajarajeshwar, Kartavirya, Karty-
viryarjun, Kritaviryanandan, Parakrami
Arjun, Haihayaraja, Dashagrivajayi,
Nagapal etc. He was known to be one
of the seven greatest emperors that
had ever lived. Our History is as old as
the epics (puranas). We are proud to
be the descendents of Goddess Laksh-
mi and Lord Vishnu through their leg-
endary birth on Earth by the advent of
Hai Haya and the glory of Sudharshana
Chakra having incarnated by the birth
of Sri Sahasrarjuna, the Lord with the
power of thousand arms at his com-
mand and an emperor who ruled for
a very long time. We belong to a great
race which has left us grand traditions
of struggle, broadness of mind and
heart and a saga of daring ventures. In
the course of centuries social order
and system have changed. Monarchy
is replaced and we have now evolved
a democratic pattern of society. The
esteemed achievements and accom-
plishments of our forefathers of the
distant past should inspire us to do
our duties as the present scenario
demands us to do. We have to edu-
cate our youths and guide them to
integrate new and novel technologi-
cal skills. We have to participate in
the socio economical life in a wor-
thier way and improve the standard
of living of our people. Our people
have to achieve economic prosper-
ity and strive to facilitate peaceful
co-existence of the large community
Our S.S.K.Samaj is scattered in all over India. Our
samaj people are in Gujarat, Maharasthara, Madhya
Pradesh, some parts of Rajasthan, Andra Pradesh,
Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka according to the
surname “ Baddi or Badi”. Badi is a town. It is in
the Arunanchal Pradesh, in Solan district. It means
some of our Badi family’s are from Arunanchal
Pradesh. Badi is a name of place. Ladwa is also a
name of place, it is near Hariyana , another one is
Rajoli, it is in Andra Pradesh, Kanchi ( Pawar) from
Tamil Nadu Kanchipuram. So it means that our
forefather came from all over India. But our purvajas
orally talk that we came from “Mandogada”. There
are two Mandogada’s in India. One is at Gujarat
and Rajasthan another one is at Nepal. But our
Murlidharsa F. Kalburgi
Somavamsha Sahasrarjun Kshatriyas
spread all over India. We all know the
mythological story of Shri Sahasrarjun
but our people do not know the present
history. Our kings ruled Gujarat, Madhya
Pradesh, Karanataka, Andra Pradesh and
Tamil Nadu and other territories. In
Karanataka, Badami (Vataapi) was ruled
by the Badami Chalukyas namely Solanki
Dynasty. In our community, there so
many Solanki Family’s in Gadag, Hubli,
Kolhapur, Solapur and many other cities.
In Gujarat there are many families, but
they are Jains, The western chalukya kings
of Gujarat and Badami chalukya kings
are the ‘Vishanva Panth’ but they are
influenced by the Jain Dharma. The
King and some of our community
people also joined the ‘Jain Dharma’
other rest of the people remained
as Somavamsha.Sahasrarjun.Kshatriya
(Solanki) so the Badami chalukya’s
are our community. Dalbanjan is a
very big and rich family. Originally
Dalbanjan. (Dalabhanjan Divisional
Milatary authority). Dalbanjan was a
subordinate king during the period of
“Chalukya’s” (Dalbanjan and Solanki
are from same family (Gharana). Till
today in Dalbanjan and Solanki the
matromonials are not accepted to each
other. (CONTINUE)
