ABSTRACT: Although a significant amount of literature exists on Morocco's migration policies and their
successes and failures since their implementation in 2014, there is limited research on the integration of subSaharan African children into schools. This paperis part of a Ph.D. research project that aims to fill this gap. It
reports the main findings of a study conducted with migrant children enrolled in two public schools in Rabat,
Morocco, exploring how integration is defined by the children themselves and identifying the obstacles that they
have encountered thus far. The following paper uses an inductive approach and primarily focuses on the
relationships of children with their teachers and peers as a key aspect of integration for students with a migration
background. The study has led to several crucial findings. It emphasizes the significance of speaking Colloquial
Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and being part of a community for effective integration. Moreover, it reveals that the
use of Modern Standard Arabic as the language of instruction in schools is a source of frustration for students,
indicating the need for language policy reform. The study underlines the importanceof considering the
children‟s agency when being integrated into mainstream public schools.

Improving Workplace Safety Performance in Malaysian SMEs: The Role of Safety ...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: In the Malaysian context, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) experience a significant
burden of workplace accidents. A consensus among scholars attributes a substantial portion of these incidents to
human factors, particularly unsafe behaviors. This study, conducted in Malaysia's northern region, specifically
targeted Safety and Health/Human Resource professionals within the manufacturing sector of SMEs. We
gathered a robust dataset comprising 107 responses through a meticulously designed self-administered
questionnaire. Employing advanced partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) techniques
with SmartPLS 3.2.9, we rigorously analyzed the data to scrutinize the intricate relationship between safety
behavior and safety performance. The research findings unequivocally underscore the palpable and
consequential impact of safety behavior variables, namely safety compliance and safety participation, on
improving safety performance indicators such as accidents, injuries, and property damages. These results
strongly validate research hypotheses. Consequently, this study highlights the pivotal significance of cultivating
safety behavior among employees, particularly in resource-constrained SME settings, as an essential step toward
enhancing workplace safety performance.

SIGNIFICANCE OF HANUMAN JAYANTI.
Hanuman Jayanti is celebrated every year by the people in India to com-
memorate the birth of Hindu Lord, Hanuman. It is celebrated annually in the
Hindu month chaitra (Chaitra Purnima) on 15th Day of the shukla paksha.
Lord Hanumanth, a dedicated disciple of the Hindu Lord Rama, is worshipped
all over the India by the Hindu people for his deep devotion to the god Rama on
the day of Hanuman Jayanti celebration, all the Hanuman temples become full
of crowd as people start Pooja from early morning after a holy bath Hanuman
Jayanti is celebrated with great enthusiasm by the people of Hindu religion as an
important festival of the Hindus. It is a great Hindu ritual celebrated in cultural
and traditional way.
People worship Lord Hanuman as a symbol of devotion magical powers,
strength and energy. People read Hanuman chalisa as it has ability to conquer
the evil spirits and provide peace to the mind. The devotees of Lord Hanuman
visit Hanuman temples on this day after a holy bath in the early morning, apply
red tilak to the foreheads of Hanuman idol, read hanuman chalisa offer Prasad
perform aarti by chanting mantras and aarti songs, circumnavigate the temple
and so many rituals. As Lord Hanuman was form to the vanara community hav-
ing reddish orange coloured body, that is why the Hanuman idol is seen reddish
orange colour in all the Hanuman temples. After pooja, people apply red sindhur
to their own foreheads as a Prasad and distribute the sweet Prasad among the
people to get blessed with what they have prayed to their god Hanuman.
In Maharashtra, it is commemorated to the purnima in the Hindu Lunar
month of chaitra. However, according to other Hindu calendar, it falls on 14th
day (chaturdashi) of Ashwin month in the dark fortnight.
In Tamil Nadu and Kerala, it is celebrated in Margazhi month (Between De-
cember and January) in the belief Lord Hanuman was born on amavasya in the
Margazi month. In Odisha, it is celebrated on 1st day in the month of Baisakha
(in April). In Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh it is celebrated on 10th day of
Vaishakha month in the Krishna Paksha. It is the 41 days long celebration in
Andhra Pradesh which starts from the chaitra purnima and ends at 10th day of
the Krishna Paksha of Vaishakha month.
Hanuman Jayanti celebration indicates the balanced coexistence of the
whole human fraternity with the nature’s incredible creature, Lord Hanuman
from vanara community. People from the Hindu religion worship Lord Hanu-
man as divine creature. This celebration has lots of importance to all however
Brahmacharis, wrestlers and body builders are specially inclined towards this
celebration. There are many names through which Lord Hanuman is famous
among his devotees like Bajrangabali, Pavanasuta, Pavankumar, Mahvir, Bali-
bima, Marutsuta, Anjanisut, Sankat Mochan, Anjaneya, Maruti, Rudra and many
more.
Hanuman avatar is considered as the 11th Rudra avatar of the lord Shiva
with great devotion, strength, knowledge, divine power, bravery, intelligence,
spirit for selfless service and etc. He has devoted his life only for his Lord Rama
and Mata Sita and never shows his bravery and intelligence without any pur-
pose. The devotees of the Lord Hanuman always pray him for getting blessed
with same for their bright future. He is worshipped in many ways by his devo-
tees; some meditate by repeating his names many times to get the power,
fame, success and etc, in the life whereas some read hanuman chalisa to get
the same.
There is a history behind the celebration of Hanuman Jayanti. Let us know it.
Once, a great saint named Angira went to visit the heaven king Indra and
was welcomed there through the dance presented by a damsel named punjik-
sthala. However saint was not used of that type dance and started meditating
on his god. After the end of the dance, he was asked by the Indra about the
performance of the dance. He was silent and said “I was in deep meditation to
my Almighty because I have no interest in such dance”. Indra and Damsel were
very ashamed she started disappointing the saint and then she was cursed by
the Angira he said her ‘Behold! You shall degrade to earth from swarg. You will
be born as female monkey in the mountain forests’.
She then felt sorry and regretted to the saint, the merciful saint supported
her through his blessings he said “A great devotee of paramatma will be born
to you. He will forever serve paramatma”. She was born as the daughter of
Kunjar (King of the monkeys on earth) and got married to the kapiraj kesari of
the mount sumeru and gave birth Hanuman with help of five divine factors such
as curse and blessings of the saint Angira, her prayers, blessings of Lord Shiva
blessings of vayudeva and Putreshti Yagna’s fruit. It is considered that Lord Shi-
va had to rebirth as a human being on the earth in his 11th Rudra avatar in the
form of Hanuman as he could not serve the Lord Rama by being in his real form.
The whole vanara community including all the human fraternity was happy
and celebrated his birthday with great enthusiasm and joy by dancing and sing-
ing and lots of activities. Form then it was started celebrating as Hanuman Jay-
anti by his devotees to get strength and wisdom like him.
Many people are unknown of the history behind the Hanuman Jayanti cel-
ebration; hence SSK TIMES help to make them know.
Jai Bajrangabali !!!

India has always
maintained various races,
religions and culture. Unity
in diversity is its spirit.
Indians believe that, truth
is the only one which is
seen in various forms.
In recent days the
democracy system has
given equality to all the
citizens of the country. It
has supported to redress
the disruptions like caste
or sect and language,
but still it has not solved
several problems, one of
those is, uniform equal
civil law enforcement. The
language an ordinance
minorities living in this
country are opposing this,
but this law enforcement
is today’s necessary for
the development of the
country. The democracy
system of the country has
given equal opportunity
to all the religionists; it
has given the religious
freedom which is rare
in other countries. It is
supportive for all to grow
in their opportunities.
Peace is the basic spell of
the country; the Hindus
that are Indians are in the
highest percentage. The
neighbouring countries
have claimed as religious
nations but in India it isn’t
possible to happen. The
man’s freedom to be in
every religion is its feature.
Neighbouring are realising
many problems of being
Islamic countries. There is
no adequate freedom for
others religionists. There
is no free atmosphere in
Pakistan and Bangladesh
as in Malaysia and
Indonesia. But the report
that Bangladesh nation is
hopeful. There is heavy
disturbance in marriages
and in the matter of
population, as the law
of uniform citizen is not
exercised in the country
growth of population
stands as an obstacle for
the development of the
country. Hindus are facing
the spectre of themselves
being minorities in the
country that has grand
heritage for 5,000 years.
Someday the percentage
of Hindus will go down and
the percentage of other
religions will increase
and India will also face
many problems. If so
then there is the terror
that the feature of Indian
citizenship will rupture
which has the previous
history for 5,000 years. Not
only this the neighbouring
countries, Pakistan
and China are making
frequent border disputes.
Indians are fed up of the
infiltration of terrorists
at the border, terrorists’
acts and by the attacks on
states of military border.
We have to remember the
saying of chanakya that
neighbouring countries
are the natural enemies.
The purpose of wreckage
acts by militants is that,
Indians should always live
under the shadow of the
spectre. The people who
are called as scholars give
statements on the traitors
pro. It is not exaggerating
if we say that India is
the only one country who
gave the opportunity to
give speeches. Recently a
great discussion was held
about the intolerance.
The people who claimed
that, they have difficulty
by the intolerance
are still living in this
country. India is mostly
liked by its attitude of
tolerance by such people,
because when India got
Independence in 1947
India’s population was
approximately 33 crores,
out of this minorities were
approximately 45 to 50
lakhs only, at that time,
the population of others
including Hindus was
appox 32 crores 50 Lakhs.
Now in the 69th year of
independence, India’s
population is 125 crores, in
this including the subclass
and the Christians of
Hindu religion, the
population is 102 crores
50 Lakhs (82% of the
country’s population) and
same surveys say that the
population of minorities
is 22 crores 50 lakhs
which creates fear. The
population of minorities
has grown up to 18%
appox (22 crores 50
lakhs) in these 69 years
which was only 1.5%
(50 lakhs) of the total
population of the country
in the year 1947, it means
they have 45 times of
growth and the population
of Hindu religion during
the 69 years is from 32
crores 50 lakhs (98.5%)
of Hindus and others) to
102 Crores i.e it has come
to 82% now. During this
period there is loss of
16.5% in the growth rate
of population and only
3 times increase can be
seen. Due to the previous
mistakes of thousands of
year back. The whole of
India has lost Gaandhar
country which gave rise to
Afghanistan and by giving
opportunity for the rise of
East Pakistan and West
Pakistan in 1947 India has
lost its both arms. But even
today it is chanting for
peace spell continues then
the patriots’ feedback that
the day of lucklessness
shouldn’t come to see the
unluckiness lost of other
parts of Mother India. By
observing at this all, is the
lead and majority status of
Hindus religionist going to
remain? If the percentage
of other races continues
by hand gallop in the same
and undergo to effect of
terrorists organisation,
them what guarantee is
the government going
to give for the defence
of Hindu religionists who
live here. Not only this if
the percentage of Hindu
religionists of the country
goes on decreasing then
who is responsible for the
protection of forthcoming
Hindu races. Is it going
to be a gift for the further
Hindu generation saying
them to be always in
conflicts of racism? Are
some of the questions that
are rising naturally in the
minds of Hindu religionists.
During this the immediate
intervention of the Hon
Judiciary is essential to
bring the enforcement of
the law of equal citizens.
The Hindu religionists that
too those who historically
sacrificed for protection
of the country and those
having a history of ruling
the country, the entire
kshatriya races, the kings
of olden days and the
races, should teach their
children about the country
and complex atmosphere
of today’s world and
making them physically
and mentally strong
individuals is the necessity
of today’s era. Let the
unrivalled adventurers
like Ashoka Chakravarthy,
Maharanapratap and
Shivaji Maharaj the
kshatriyas born in each
home. In that regard a
wish that let the country
have martial brilliance
and later growth. Let the
people who call themselves
as scholars engage with
the country’s protection,
worrying day and night for
the unity only then, there
is a good future for the
country. In the same way
the minorities should say
that they are also Indians
and they will give value
for law and democracy of
the country and also say
that they are committed
for the law of uniform
citizen with resoundingly
self inspiration which is
necessary.

SUNEEL M. BEVINAKATTI
CORPORATOR WIELDS BROOM
EVERYDAY IN HIS WARD – MYSORE.
Mysuru- Dressed
in a track suit and
shoes and armed with a
broom, this corporator
is winning the hearts of
local residents. The day
starts with a difference
for ward 10 corporator
Suneel M. Bevinakatti,
who dedicates one hour
of his busy schedule to
sweeping roads,
Faced with
severe shortage of
pourakarmikas and the
government yet to take
a call on recruiting, he
decided to do it himself.
The population of the
ward is around 12,000
and 23 pourakarmikas
have been assigned for
cleaning work in his
ward, of which two or
three will be on leave
daily. His request for 10
more pourakarmikas is
pending for two years.
For the past
eight days Suneel,
an LLB graduate,
has been sweeping
areas surrounding
Chamundivana upto
R a m a l i n g e s h w a r a
temple, including parks
and other areas in the
neighbourhood. The
local residents have
begun to join hands
with him by helping him
collect the garbage and
dump it in dustbins.
“Compared to the
population of the
city, the strength of
pourakarmikas is very
less.
With the city being
declared the cleanest
in the country, more
pourakarmikas are
required. We cannot
pressurize them to
do more work. Until
five more persons are
appointed to my ward. I
will continue the work,”
adds suneel, a first time
corporator.
P o u r a k a r m i k a
Muniya said: “His
initiative has made us
happy. With shortage of
manual labourers, there
is extra pressure on
us. Residents are also
joining hands with him,
which has helped us.”
R e s i d e n t
Vanajalakshmi said: “I
was surprised to see our
corporator sweeping
the road. He advises
us to reduce the use of
plastic and keep the city
clean.”
This apart, he has
taken initiatives to
increase the green
cover in the ward. He
has planted more than
60 saplings and the
guards for trees were
sponsored by local
businessman.
Distribution of cloth
bags, filling potholes,
removing shrubs and
cleaning garbage are
some his contribution
towards swacch-Bharat.

Proposal
Hello,
We feel happy to inform that a splendid vadhu-var sammelan is held by Tarun Mandal of our Shri. SSK Samaj of Belgaum on 29th May 2016 vadhu-var introduction sammelan will be held. The
vadhu-var sammelan is really very necessary in today’s time. When girls-boys come to marriage age, ti becomes a hard work for the parents to choose an eligible life partner immediately. Search
for a candidate, wonder from one village to other, to match the kundalies etc. Spending of time and money is waste for this purpose. Lack of time, busy working, sometimes it becomes tough for
compatibility of vadhu-var in-between the business. We bhaginis that, it is the 4th vadhu-var sammelan held and organised by our Belgaum samaj and by the grace of Shri. Jagadamba. Befor e this
3 times in the sammelan, more than 50% vadhu-var have got married. So to overcome the up seen difficulties. We have organised vadhu-var sammelan for the benefit of young girls and boys who
are interested in marriage and the related parents. So we request the samaj bandhus to attend the sammelan in much more numbers and get the benefit of it. The vadhu-var book will be made
likewise, so it is requested to send the kundali of your vadhu-var till 10-05-2016 their names will be declared in the books.
1) This vadhu –var sammelan is only for samaj bandhus, vadhu-var from all India can participate in the sammelan.

3) At the time of sammelan, arrangement of officiant (Bhadaji) is made to see the kundalies.
4) It is mandatory that the vadhu-var who participate in the sammelan should be present.
5) In the sammelan the amount for per vadhu-var who participate is 500/- ( Rupees five hundred only)
6) Entrance fees for the parents who come to see the sammelan is Rs 800/- (Lunch arrangement for the two people)

the above address within 10-05-2016.

Bangalore 11th March - The Somavamsha
Sahasrarjun Kshatriya Samaj Youth Association(R)
has inaugurated a new community hall in the name
of “Sri Ambabhavani Seva Kendra” which is situ-
ated at Vidyaranyanagar, Tolgate, Magadi Road,
Bangalore, in this area almost around 40% of the
total SSK Samaj of Bangalore are living, espe-
cially middle class and lower middle class people
of the SSK Samaj, this Association was launched
in the year 1994 by many seniors of our commu-
nity, later which continued by the active working
persons who took the in-charge and started doing
more activities and developed the association, and
became the present Core Committee Members.
This association is doing many social activities
since it is taken by the present Core Committee,
such as Samuhik Upanayana, donating books to
the needy students,
helping for the health of
poor needy patients, celebrating Sri Ambabhavani
Pooja in Navaratri and many more Samajic activi-
ties. And in the same time the Committee success-
fully took a small land around ten years back for
the purpose of building a small conventional hall
for small functions which is very essential for the
SSK Samaj people, especially the lower class peo-
ple of our community, the construction of this land
was started around three years back and now the
construction is completed, the construction cost
was donated by many of our SSK Samaj Bandhus
who helped us to complete it, more than 300 peo-
ple of our community have helped us by donating
funds for the construction of this Community Hall.

We would like to thank all the SSK Samaj
Bandhus who helped us by donating the Com-
munity Hall which was very essential and it
is the first of its kind which is built by the Sa-
maj & for the Samaj. Since there are more

by the SSK Samaj in Bangalore. We are expecting
and requesting other SSK Groups/SSK Commit-
tee’s/SSK Associates from all other places, espe-
cially Bangalore SSK Samaj to make more activi-
