1. Teaching is the noblest profession and many sided tasked. It is a mission to carry out.
Teachers are called to instruct their students. Students are not the same anyway. They have a lot
of differences. These student diversity makes teacher more conscious on how to teach and how
to teach. They are being challenged to broaden their knowledge of teaching strategies to meet the
needs and strengths of student from their tremendous diversity. They are already feelingthe
pressure to lecture less, to make learning environments more interactive, to integrate technology
into the learning experience, and to use collaborative learning strategies when appropriate.
