I am a dynamic and friendly professional with total three years’ experience in Dubai market two year
experience in the real estate leasing and sale of property and experience of property management
system and CRM for customer services. I am passionate about providing outstanding customer service. I
have two year experience in advertising marketing, procurements and operational supervisor and
customer services supervisor in ANK Advertising as well. I have a Master Degree in Political science and
Bachelor’s degree in Law with High court License from Lahore High Court Pakistan. I have a Master
degree in Business Administration final project submitted. I have valid driving License from Dubai UAE. I
have my own car.
In my current role as Service provider in real estate as broker I help solve customers’ issues by providing
information and advice about their options. I make a point of listening carefully to every customer,
repeating their requirements back to them and then outlining clearly the products and services which are
applicable to them, guiding them to the option which will best satisfy their needs.
In my previous role as real estate broker and property consultant I also utilized my communication skills,
patience, and understanding of market analysis, property listing ,advertising on portals, getting leads ,
viewing the properties and right information for price and condition of property to assist customers to
close the deals . My impeccable standard of service has been acknowledged by several customers and
previous employers. I am comfortable serving customers in Mandarin or Cantonese, or translating for
other staff members.
Working effectively as a member of a team is important to me – in my previous positions I worked as an
integral part of a team which, together, worked towards common goals and targets. As a ‘people person’,
I thrive on this sort of interaction and enjoy being able to help others. I also enjoy coaching new team
members and have done so at several different occasions.
The social aspect of working in a team is also a big part of my enjoyment; I was involved in developing
ideas and organizing extracurricular events for staff.
