1. In the month of February, we had the much awaited and exciting annual treasure hunt of Leo Club of Indore ,
”Mangal War on Wheels 2013,”. Just like every year the enthusiasm and eagerness of participation in the event
was pretty evident from the start. Even at the registration stage, this particular LCIM event was very popular
and because of the efforts of the entire club members, this year we had a total of 90 cars participating in the
event. Hotel Mangal City was the main sponsors of the event;Vinayak Ford and The Car Laundry were lead
associate sponsors.We also had CampusMall, Dev’s Bakery as F&B partner and Yamini’s salon as our beauty
partner.
The project in-charge for this year’s WoW’2013, were Leo TamannaChandani, Leo MohitNagori, Leo Mohit
Jain, Leo Shubhi Jain, Leo Krati Jain &the project was led by Leo Jinesh Shah.
WoW 2013 happened on the last Sunday of February, with the offset of winters. Teams started pouring in by
8:00 AM sharp in the parking lot of Hotel Mangal City from where the flag off of the event was scheduled at
9:00 AM. All the team members enjoyed a packed breakfast courtesy our F&B Partner, Dev’s Bakery, which
was given to them at the time of registration.The participating teams had decorated their hunt wagons and
dressed themselves accordingly and as promised with the help of special Guest Judge, Mr. Pradeep Joshi, who
is an eminent strategic business consultant and also the VP of MP Flying Club.The best were chosen and
awarded.
There was sheer curiosity and fair bit of anxiety amongst the participants about the details of the treasure hunt
and the clues, collectibles, etc.Then, at the time of flag off, all the team captains had gathered for collecting
their clue sheets and kit bags.
The madness began from the flag off and all the 90 cars zoomed for getting the desired collectibles like
Phantom Sweet Cigarettes Candy, an original Rs. 75 coin issued by RBI. The 2 hour hunt saw the teams going
from places like ESIC officenearMarimataChouraha toDeolalikar Kala Vithika on MG Road to Traffic Park
amongst many others. The clue delivery this time was as usual very unique, right from a clue written in
invisible ink, then another clue was given via a broadcasting vehicle and an audio clip in tamil language was

2. another clue. All the teams had a lot of fun throughout the hunt and had to report back to the venue by 11:00
AM.
Soon after the submission of clue sheets and collectibles began and it was a mad house with all the teams
rushing in for their submissions.
Our Club president also addressed the audience and all the past presidents ,the club secretary, the club treasurer
joined him on the dais for the prize distribution ceremony
