 Tata has strong presence in
India, they have a market share
of 65% which is always constant.
Tata Motors is the India’s
largest automobile company.
 It’s automobile company is
inclusive of passenger cars, trucks,
vans and coaches.
It is 4th biggest truck producer
and 2nd biggest bus producer.
Return on Tata motors is low.
Tata motors product are not
treated as luxurious , as they are
treated for economic class.
Limited consumer base.
The pricces of Tata products are
based on steel.
Limired consumer base.
Though Tata is present in many
countries it has only to managed
to create large consumer base in
the Indian subcontinet.
Two of the world’s luxury car
companies have been purchased
by Tata.
They have made the world’s
cheapest car i.e. Nano.
The prices of Tata products does
not remain constant for a longer
period.
The prices of Tata products varies
with the price of steel.
As a result competitors takes
advantage of it.
Now a days all companies main
motive is customer satisfaction
rather can customer satisfaction.
The consumer experience after
using tata products are as
follows :
There are very less complaints
filed against Tata products.
Consumers are buying all the
products of Tata without any
fear.
Because of the quality products
offered by Tata, they are earning
good profits from outside i.e.
foreign.
