This document provides guidance for developing an online course by addressing key questions about getting started, teaching style, and course organization. It recommends asking for help in developing the course as needs may be underestimated. It also suggests organizing the course into weekly folders on the learning management system, using a variety of audio-visual and online resources to engage students, and linking all content to prevent students from getting lost. The first page should summarize the syllabus to set expectations.

but do use PowerPoint
to explain grammar
points and talk about
the French and
Francophone cultures.

like for our
