• As Summer Jobs+ expands our program, we are enlisting the help of doorway organizations who work
directly with youth. Providing job coaching, resume help, and job-readiness assessment, doorway
organizations are becoming our main point of contact with youth.
• As doorways take on a larger role, we are finding that they need an efficient way to view and track their work
with youth in FairSail. To do this, we would like to build a doorway portal which allows each organization to
enter and view information on youth they serve.
This portal would have two main functions:
1. Provide a place where doorways can view candidate profiles and application information on the
youth they serve.
2. Provide screening forms that allow doorways to assess youth in FairSail for job readiness, update
candidate profiles, and applications in FairSail.
• We would like each doorway to be able to log into their own area on the website, view information on youth
they serve and update specific fields on Candidate profiles and Applications. Information we would like
doorways to access through report are in the Reports section, information we would like doorways to be able
to update is included in Screening.
• Finally, we would also like help in migrating our website to a new server. Including the cost estimate for this
would be much appreciated. We can move the database and files but there may be some troubleshooting
involved to make sure server permissions are set correctly. We will be changing the branding and the url so
we may need hlep with tweaking the code to make sure everything works as expected.

Below and on the next few pages are the fields for the three reports we would doorways to have access to. Ideally, each
report could be viewed through our website and also downloaded as an Excel file or CSV and PDF. The generated report
should have column toggles for arranging the candidates in a sortable list with a search field available for keyword
matches.

View a list of all candidates associated with doorway. We would like to drill through on Candidate names to detailed
information on Candidate profiles in FairSail. All fields below come from the candidate profile.
