1. Sir,
The agenda of writing this letter is to improve the railway services which I feel have deteriorated
than my last year’s experience. The submission of this complaint has got late due to my busy
schedule but the emotions behind it are still string from the core. On 1st
of June I boarded the
Doronto express from Bangalore to Delhi at around 11 pm an since then for two nights and one day
my journey in the train was not a pleasure experience.
1) Till 1 am in the night we were not provided with the bedding. After fighting with train
attendant and requesting TT we were given only half of it with no towels and pillow covers.
2) The bed sheets were not washed properly and they were smelling bad.
3) The sides of my upper birth were not at all cleaned up with stale biscuits and soup sticks
provided in the train still there along with the heap of dust on my bed sides.
4) In the night to my disappointment and fear i even saw small red and yellow cockroaches
moving on my bed.
5) Although the food was provided on time but the quality nd the taste of food in the
afternoon was not good.
6) At night after few minutes of having dinner, my stomach got upset and i got loose motions in
the train with unbearable pain.
