Three choices for a weekly journal entry. The students choose one and write a full page (or more) over their chosen topic.

2. What is something (or some things) you
fear? How do you react to fear? Tell a
story of when you were afraid.
What are things you "wonder" about?
For example--talk about personal "what
if" questions or maybe share some
wonderings you have on the global
level--in our classroom, etc)
If you could have any job and live
anywhere--tell about that! Write the
story of your future perfect life!
