2. Dandagalla Ramadevi
Dandagalla Ramadevi joined Joy home SERUDS in
2012. She was admitted here by a pastor from her
village Palkuru. Her mother Thimakka is mentally
retarded and also has a broken leg because of
which she could not take care of her 5 children. Her
father Yelliah is the only earning member of family
and financially supports the 7 member family.
Ramadevi’s sisters finished their education in their
village and got married. Since Ramadevi was really
good at studies a pastor who stays in the same
village recommended SERUDS home which could
help her in her education

3. Derangula Eswaramma
Eshwaramma is currently studying 10th class in
Indira Gandhi memorial municipal corporation high
school(IGMMCH) . Eashwarmma was joined here at
joy home seruds by her grandfather, Maddileti. She
was at a different hostel in Banaganapalle before
she joined seruds family. She is determined to be
educated and have a good job. Reason behind that
is her parents wanted her to be like that. She said
“My parents always wanted me to study well and
have a really good job. I want to make their dream
come true.”

4. Derangula Madhavi
Madhavi is currently studying 9th class in Indira
Gandhi memorial municipal corporation high
school(IGMMCH) . Madhavi was joined here at
SERUDS Joy home by her grandfather, Maddileti. As
her grandfather is also getting old and does not
have enough energy to take care of her, she was
joined in a hostel in banaganapalle. She is
determined to be educated and have a good job.
Reason behind that is her parents wanted her to be
like that. She said My parents always wanted me to
study well and have a really good job

5. Durga Prasad
Durga Prasad is currently in his 3rd standard. He
joined SERUDS in 2020 ,Since then SERUDS is
taking care of all his educational needs. Now he is
very happy since he goes to school, gets timely food,
evening tuition, friends who are like a family. He
aspires to be a doctor one day.
