PROJECT DESRICPTION:
Caterpillar Underground Mining (CUGM) is located in Burnie, Tasmania and manufactures premium
quality underground mining machines (trucks and loaders) that are delivered to customers in Africa,
Europe, Asia, North and South America and Australia.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
 To release and revise,new/existingmodels (mining machines)
 Design and detailing are done on PRO/E Creo platform as per caterpillar standards Models
 Drawings are processed under internal and external quality check before releasing
 Co -Ordinating daily Engineer's to projection of project and quality metrics
 I have worked in machine R1700K, AD30 & AD60 ,AD22 Models
 I have worked in cab, chassis, buckets, light Fab ,structure ,Engine End Frame and
Non Engine End Frame
 Creating Parts, Assembly Models & Drawings
 Project Scheduling and handling Review Meetings
 Create Drawing with applying GD&T, CAT spec Codes and Standards
 Team Center file management
 Create EDN Notes as per input markup
 Visual Mockup Drawing checking with comparison of input and output drawings.
 Documenting the data and working on priority basis, applying new methods to reduce error.
