(Candidate) has a diverse background in aviation, including: sales, social media, blogging, financial aid, and
scheduling ride checks before final exams. She is currently working for (a certain company). She is a Designated
School Official for the Student Exchange Visitor Program. She is well-versed in the M-1 visa application process, as
well as the TSA online form. (Candidate) is not actively looking to make a change, but she is working 6-7 days per
week because (her company) just opened a new location in Florida. She is seeking a role that will give her more of
a work-life balance.
(Candidate's) career highlights relevant to (client's) open position include:
* DSO for SEVP and Agent for TSA; also able to administer fingerprinting through NATA CS.
* Able to administer FAA written test as an Authorized CATS Proctor.
* Highly proficient communication through email; currently uses it as the primary form of communication until the
student has their embassy interview. Once this happens the conversations will be a mix of email, phone, Skype,
and text.
* Excellent face-to-face interaction with international students; at (current company) she gives campus tours and
checks-in with her students regularly while they are at school.
In addition to her experience, (candidate's) personality, sense of urgency, follow up skills, and demeanor all appear
to be consistent with the expectations of (client).
(Candidate) is available to interview on Wednesdays (day off). If she is selected for this role, she would like to
provide a two-week notice to her current employer.

Candidate is open to either location but would require
relocation.
High School Diploma or equivalency degree

None.
None.
Flight training sales experience (Candidate) has 7 months of flight training sales experience. The first
3 months she managed financial aid, scheduled check rides before
final exams, and had daily face-to-face interaction with students, on
top of assisting in admissions. In July 2016, she moved into a full-time
admissions role where she works primarily with international students
via email, Skype, phone, and WhatsApp.
SEVP (Student Exchange Visitor Program / M-1 Student Visa
administration) experience
(Candidate) is an authorized signer for school documents. She is
intimately familiar with the M-1 visa application process and regularly
walks students through how to complete the form. She also assists
with scheduling embassy interviews once the I-20 is complete.
TSA (Transportation Security Administration) experience (Candidate) is an authorized school agent and can assist and sign off
on TSA enrollment. She is also certified to collect fingerprints through
NATA CS.
Highly proficient with clear communication by email (Candidate) is highly proficient with clear communication by email. In
reviewing email correspondence and written answers in her video
interview, she has above average grammar and sentence structure.
She relies heavily on email exchange with international students for
the first 6 months or prior to their embassy interview, whichever
comes first.
Experience working a CRM and documenting daily activities (Candidate) currently uses Zoho CRM to document daily student
activities. Students that inquire are automatically routed through
Zoho. Once she is assigned that applicant, she begins corresponding
with them via email. Each email is logged automatically into the CRM
so she does not have to manually paste it. She is diligent about
entering notes in after each call and schedules follow ups as
necessary.
Desire for continuous improvement (sales process, program
offerings, etc.)
(Candidate) has a strong desire for continuous improvement. For
example, she noticed that admissions officers were telling
international students they would get through TSA quickly. She
immediately talked to her supervisor and said they needed to put a
policy in place around this and give realistic information about TSA
guidelines and timelines. She was able to get this fixed promptly.
(Candidate) has a lot of creative control in her department as she's
earned people's trust in making the right decisions for the company.
Willingness to speak-up (Candidate) definitely has the willingness to speak up. One thing that
has made her successful is that she likes to look at competitor's
websites to see what they are offering. If she sees a program being
offered at a neighboring school that is appealing or getting rave
reviews on social media, she'll talk to her boss about trying to
implement it.
Personable, and eager to meet students face-to-face when
they arrive for training
(Candidate) is personable, energetic, outgoing and eager to meet
students face-to-face. Upon arrival at school, students come see her
first and she gives the student and his/her parents a tour of the
campus. She has 60-80 students enroll with the majority of them from
out of the country. She has an open-door policy and tries to make
them feel welcome while they are in flight school. (Candidate) said her
students are her family and she does what she can to make sure they
are settling in and understanding the coursework.
Describe a process (any process of your choosing, the more relevant to this position, the better) from start to
finish. (written)
Suppose it's one year from now, and we are reflecting on what a great year it's been for you in this role, what did
we accomplish with the international program? (written)
Imagine you're at a party with people you don't really know and someone asks, "So, what do you do?" (video)
