* Excellent face-to-face interaction with international students; at (current company) she gives campus tours and
checks-in with her students regularly while they are at school.
In addition to her experience, (candidate's) personality, sense of urgency, follow up skills, and demeanor all appear

admissions role where she works primarily with international students
via email, Skype, phone, and WhatsApp.
SEVP (Student Exchange Visitor Program / M-1 Student Visa
administration) experience
(Candidate) is an authorized signer for school documents. She is
intimately familiar with the M-1 visa application process and regularly
walks students through how to complete the form. She also assists
with scheduling embassy interviews once the I-20 is complete.
TSA (Transportation Security Administration) experience (Candidate) is an authorized school agent and can assist and sign off

entering notes in after each call and schedules follow ups as

6. Desire for continuous improvement (sales process, program
offerings, etc.)
(Candidate) has a strong desire for continuous improvement. For

(Candidate) has a lot of creative control in her department as she's
earned people's trust in making the right decisions for the company.
Willingness to speak-up (Candidate) definitely has the willingness to speak up. One thing that
has made her successful is that she likes to look at competitor's
websites to see what they are offering. If she sees a program being

reviews on social media, she'll talk to her boss about trying to
implement it.
Personable, and eager to meet students face-to-face when
they arrive for training
(Candidate) is personable, energetic, outgoing and eager to meet
students face-to-face. Upon arrival at school, students come see her

campus. She has 60-80 students enroll with the majority of them from
out of the country. She has an open-door policy and tries to make
them feel welcome while they are in flight school. (Candidate) said her
students are her family and she does what she can to make sure they
are settling in and understanding the coursework.
