2. LK Domain Registry
 Since 1990 LK Domain Registry has been the sole provider of a
wide range of top-level .lk domain names in Sri Lanka.
 It is a Not for Profit Organization whose mandate states to
improve internet infrastructure in Sri Lanka.
 Since 2007 we have been conducting many training and
awareness programs on Cybersafety and educating
opportunities and risks of the internet.

3. “Hithawathi” Project
 ‘Hithawathi’ is a LK Domain Registry sponsored project
dedicated to reduce the incidences of cyber-harassment
especially to women and children.
 The initiative focuses on offering community awareness
sessions as well as guidance and support to victims of
cyberstalking, cyberbullying, blackmail and any other form of
cyber harassment.
 The guidance is given in all three languages – Sinhala, Tamil and
English, through their helpline, which is handled by well trained
and trustworthy female officers.
 This project has served over 4000 victims since 2019.
 Hithawathi is a trusted partner of Facebook.
