–Choose the type of candy on your table that best
describes one of the following:
1. How you are feeling right now
2. How you would describe a value, your purpose or
Noble Goal as you know it today
3. What today’s topic of Giving Yourself means to you
4. Opening Activity: Say It with Candy!
–Now get up from your seat and find 2-3 others with
the same type of candy
–Share with others in your group the answer to the
question you chose
11. Activity: Jenga Blocks
–When the timer begins, your group
has 3 minutes to build a tower 2
times the height of the box
–The group with the shortest tower
will need to sing a song to
entertain the others
12. Jenga Block Activity Debrief
–Who are you choosing to be as you work with your
team on this project?
–What’s happening for you and the choices you’re
making now?
–What were you feeling in the last 5 minutes?
–What would you like to be feeling?
–How does this align with your values?
