BOSS直聘发布的《2020应届生春招求职趋势报告》进一步显示，广州以66%的应届生本地求职率在全国一线和新一线城市中排名第7。 Around 50% stayed at GZ / SZ 从中山大学公布的2018届毕业生就业地区分析来看，近八成本科生留在省内就业。以占比最大的本科生为例，约42%在广州本地就业，约24%选择了深圳，另有约11%的人在珠三角其他地区就业。
