・「ロボット」の概要セミナーを受講し、これならやっていけるかも
とRPAの世界へ転身

◇Mitzさんが考えている受付の在り方
・効率化を追求して無人化はしない
・作業の部分だけ自動化はあり
・大事なのは「コミュニケーションの時間を捻出する」という
意識であって「受付の手間を無くす」ことではない。
・受付は主催者と参加者にとって「最初のコミュニケーションを
取る」重要な場所。「対面して笑顔で」コミニュケーションを
取ることがコミュニティへの良い印象を持ってもらう大事な場面！
