Join us in the forest sanctuary of The Brew Creek
Centre. Here you don’t take the elevator, you stroll
between cabins on flower-fringed paths. The
skyscrapers are cedars, and traffic noise fades to a
burbling creek. It’s the perfect place to reconnect
with your purpose and the impact you want to
create as you grow the company you love.

important to you in how it operates. Even if you’ve already
articulated your purpose and values, you’ll discover how to be
clear on what you stand for and the impact you want to make.

Building belief in your growth by creating an inspiring story out of
your purpose and values that will attract the right community of
talent and customers to your business.

You’ll join us for two virtual group sessions to check in on how you have implemented what you learned on the retreat. Together we will explore any barriers to growth that
you experience once you return to the reality of running your business, and build your capacity to manage the push back to change in yourself and your company culture.
Discovering Your Personal Purpose
What drives you as a leader might surprise you! This session
will bring clarity to how you lead and why you have chosen to
take on the challenge of creating your business. You’ll learn
how to bring your whole self to your leadership.
Aligning Your Personal Purpose to Your Business
We’ll explore how you and your business align. You’ll take away a
picture of how you see yourself in your business, and the balance
between the company you love and the life you want.
Outcome:
A renewed sense of how your leadership impacts on your
business growth.
Know What Stops Growth
This session will help you to bring awareness to the beliefs
that you hold that limits your ability to scale your company and
your impact. You’ll learn where those limiting beliefs come
from and the role they play in your life.
Unblocking Growth
You’ll use your limiting beliefs to unblock the energy inside
yourself and your business to move forward faster. This session
will spark the momentum you need to take a big leap forward.
Outcome:
The shift in yourself required to lead your business to the next
stage of growth and deepen your impact.

I founded the Purpose Led Business School as a way to help
leaders grow and scale their impact. What I teach is the result of
years of discovering the solutions to common challenges business
owners face along their entrepreneurial journey.
Through my advisory services work I help visionary leaders stay
connected to their purpose while building highly profitable
organizations that are a force for good in the world.
I am an entrepreneur, author, speaker, and recipient of the Top
CEO Award. My new business - Imaginal Ventures - exists to shift
the collective consciousness to trust and love. I’m looking forward
