complex mix of issues. A client is best served when
her/his attorney is able to spot the issues and knows
how to best handle them. This training will focus
on recognizing issues and how to provide the best Housing Law
possible outcome for the client.

designed to cover an array of housing topics facing
renters and issues associated with heirs’ property.

numerous housing cases, this training will have

*Please note that participating private attorneys, excluding
presenters, will be required to accept a pro bono case from the
SC Bar Pro Bono Program within the 12 month following this CLE.
Any attorney, who is contracted to accept a case and fails to fulfill
his obligation, will be charged the balance owed for the price of a
SC Bar CLE.
