presenters, will be required to accept a pro bono case from the
SC Bar Pro Bono Program within the 12 month following this CLE.
Any attorney, who is contracted to accept a case and fails to fulfill
his obligation, will be charged the balance owed for the price of a
SC Bar CLE.
