Assisting clients with amending birth certificates

about learning how to get your client child support

special needs children receive sufficient support?
If any of your clients are facing immigration issues,
finding out all the different ways that immigration
impacts issues in the family court will help.
We will teach you the mechanics of an abuse and
neglect case and how pending cases and potential
findings in those cases impact a client’s access to
a variety of government benefits. More than that,
we’ll talk about potential ways to blunt the impact
of a finding against your client when negotiating a
settlement of an abuse and neglect case.
“Discovery on a shoestring” will help you find ways
to conduct necessary discovery as cheaply and
effectively as possible when your client’s fi-nancial
position makes it necessary.
Last, but never least, we’ll provide one hour of ethics
to ensure everyone is up to date on new cases that
may influence conduct in Family Court.
