$1 Fan Club is a platform for successful influencers to more effectively monetize their fan base. A fan
pays one dollar monthly subscription fee to the influencer and gets in return fixed bunch of perks: early
access (always one episode ahead), exclusive content, opportunity to ask a question and membership in
fan community.
Who is your initial target customer, and how will you acquire them?
Our initial target customers are successful influencers with big and well-established audiences. We will
acquire them through influencer marketing platforms such as Upfluence, NeoReach and GRIN.
Describe your business model and unit economics
A fan pays $1 monthly subscription fee to every influencer he/she wants to subscribe. $0.10 is the
micro-payment provider's commission, $0.15 is $1FC commission and $0.75 go to the influencer. To
avoid App Store and Google Play commissions we use a mobile website.
Every influencer-fan pair brings $1.8 per year. If we assume that an average fan has 5 subscriptions, then
yearly ARPU is $9.

Tell us about your full-time founders and their most relevant experience
I am experienced in growth and marketing, as well as relationships with investors. I
have experience in product management, launching mobile products, PMF,
monetization.
In March 2014 I launched a knowledge and awareness network for car
owners and motorists of Azerbaijan named "YOL“ (“Cesta” in Slovenia). In February
2017 it was closed due to lack of financing. In 2016 application YOL won "Best Social

In March 2017 I launched MobiNews – a news aggregator. In 6 months we had 12K
DAU. In September 2017 it was sold to one of the Russian regional media.

The main metrics are:
- number of influencers on the platform
- number of subscriptions
What is new or different about what you are making?
Existing platforms for supporting creators and influencers are based on high-dollar exclusivity. As
opposed, $1FC offers all the most valued perks for the minimum possible fee. $1FC is thus best suited
for the popular influencers with big audiences to earn on the amount of paying fans rather than
excessive fees.
Describe your competitors and your primary advantage
$1 Fan Club competes with Patreon and OnlyFans. Our advantages:
For influencers:
- Much more effective way of monetizing the influencer's fan base. Zoella with 14 mln subscribers on
YouTube earns $600k from both platform and brand ads. Only 1% of her audience could bring her twice
more on $1FC.
- Little extra effort.
- No demonetization on the primary platform.
For fans:
- Most valuable perks for as little as $1.
- No spending-based segregation like on Patreon or OnlyFans. $1FC is a democratic place where all are
equal.
3. How much money have you raised, under what terms and from whom?
I have an oral commitment from two venture investors to invest $300k, provided
that we have a working MVP of $1 Fan Club with first users.
What is the size of the market
The creator economy market size is currently estimated at $104.2 billion. Its growth has accelerated at
an astounding rate, more than doubling since 2019. The number of creators grew drastically in the last
couple of years. They polished their skills, found ways to monetize their content, and became
solopreneurs. This expansion led to the birth of creator economy startups, offering platforms, tools, and
services that enable creators to maximize their growth and revenue.
Creator economy startups have attracted major investments, especially in 2021. The total valuation of
creator economy startups was $5 billion.
What are your long term goals or exit strategies?
Time of exit opportunity after:
- 100 mln subscriptions
- yearly revenue of about $180M
- pay out about $1 billion annually
Type of exit: sell to a strategic buyer looking for financial and/or operational synergy on influencer
economy market.
