Test our value proposition with selected users
Run a survey to test our value proposition to the
public
4. Result
One of our value proposition which is colorful &
unique design do not attract the respondents
Most of the users are beginners who wants to try
and learn
Most of them doesn’t have budget to be spent
The most ineteresting fact is that most of the
respondents do nnot have sufficient information
about the kits and components. It shows that online
training/course can be a good business
5. Lesson Learnt
Survey and discussion with customer will open our
eyes and prove whether out assumption is correct or
not
So we can continue with the startup or find other
ideas based on the survey result
