Providing an excellent, affordable, delicious product that people can enjoy. A customer that felt like just another face, another five dollar bill, another cup of old coffee. They felt ignored and average, like they were nothing special and that the goal was just to get their money. I want to remove this expectation from the customers eyes and create a truly unique experience for each individual that comes into my cafe.
