10 Girls on the Run is an experiential learning program with a
focus on the whole person approach.

to remain during adolescence

Curriculum
Girls on the Run - For girls in grades 3-5
Girls on Track - For girls in grades 6-8
Girls come together twice a week for 1 hour
and 15 minutes per session
Program facilitated by 2-3 trained coaches
Group size: minimum 8, maximum 20

support girls who otherwise would not be able to support program
