Queendom is a mentoring program based in Baltimore, Maryland that aims to build self-confidence, teach etiquette, and promote community service in teenage girls. It pairs local girls ages 13-19 with positive female role models who meet regularly to provide support. Activities include etiquette training, character building, and service projects. The program culminates in a pageant-style closing event.
