1) CONTRACT EXPIRING ALERT MAIL TO CONTRACT CREATOR- This mail will trigger 30 days before the expiry date of contract to CC
(contract creator). Comment SLC: This is consolidated mail so CC cannot be provided. Frequency : daily
2) CONTRACT EXPIRING ALERT MAIL TO CONTRACT APPROVER- This mail will trigger 15 days before the expiry date of contract to CA
(contract approver). Comment SLC: This is consolidated mail so CC cannot be provided. Frequency : daily
3) CONTRACT SUBMISSION MAIL SENT TO CONTRACT APPROVER-This mail will trigger to CA (contract approver) at the time of final
submission of contract. Comment SLC: Contract Creator will CC with remarks. Frequency : one time
2. 4) CONTRACT APPROVE MAIL SENT TO CONTRACT CREATOR-This mail will trigger to CC (contract creator) when contract is approved.
Comment SLC: Contract Approver will CC with remarks. Frequency: one time
5) CONTRACT REJECT MAIL SENT TO CONTRACT CREATOR-This mail will trigger to CC (contract creator) when contract is rejected.

6) CONTRACT TERMINATE MAIL SENT TO CONTRACT APPROVER- This mail will trigger to CA(contract approver) when contract is
terminated.

And to Circle Head, Vertical Head, and CFO along with Contract Approver, PR, Mgr at 2ND
level.
Comment SLC: At first level Escalation: PR, MGR, CONTRACT APPROVER will get consolidated mail as TO not CC.
At second level Escalation: PR, MGR, CONTRACT APPROVER, and CIRCLE HEAD, VERTICAL HEAD will get consolidated mail.
Frequency: One time for all escalation mails at first and second level.
