Respected Parents,
We all welcome your ward in the new session. Every session marks a new beginning. It is
a privilege to teacher as well as student to have a fresh start and to make best out of it.
Suggestion are most welcome should there be any, please write in diary or meet
personally. Your cooperation is highly required throughout the session.
Kindly have a glance on the following points:
 Please read the instructions or note written in the school diary thoroughly and put
your signature.
 Cover books & notebooks of your ward and write name as well.
 Please don’t give junk or fast food in lunch box and send a spoon and napkin daily.
Give them healthy lunch along with some fruits (optional).
 Please send Drawing/Art book and wax colour with your ward which will be
deposited in the school itself.
 PTM is required for the betterment of your kids. So you are requested to attend the
PTM’s throughout the session.
 Send your ward with decant hair cut, trimmed nails and in neat & clean proper
uniform i.e.
Mon+Tue+Thurs+Fri – Orange T.Shirt+ Blue Nicker/Skirt+ Blue Socks
Wed+Sat - White T.Shirt+ Blue Nicker/Skirt+ White Socks
 Every second Saturday will be holiday.
