This document provides a summary of Satu Miettinen's portfolio, which includes experience leading several research projects applying service design methods to improve healthcare services. Recent projects focused on developing new service models for the elderly in Finland and diabetes patients in South Africa. She has also taught service design workshops internationally and completed her doctoral thesis on designing creative tourism experiences with craftspeople in Namibia.
