Company Database & Sourcing
o HR Talent Recruitment on line system - Taleo Business Edition - which is
the right foundation to recruit candidates by using our sourcing strategies that
deliver ROI.
o We hold (20,000) professional Bankers resumes saved on Taleo, in addition we
use social networking tools to attract more candidates.. Moreover, we have built
our own market reputation.
o Reports /Metrics analysis– Implemented tools to enhance communication
and follow-up to keep candidates and hiring managers up to date and speed
time to hire. We have built a follow-up system with track sheets for all
divisions which includes current vacancies and status on a weekly basis, this
maintained a healthy relationship with line managers, build strong
communication with Banks HR and Line Managers /Division Heads in order
to have in place a standard level agreement (SLA).
o We have been able to implement Taleo successfully for other banks , to build
a strong candidate data base and show Bank Careers on a Global level. In
addition tie all the Bank international branches in other countries through
the online-system, with less cost and without IT involvements.
o Restructure the recruitment unit, streamline recruitment process and
prepare Talent Acquisition Profile (offer proposal) for all new hires for final
approval.
Recruitment Model
HR Talent Acquisition Recruiter / HR Corporate Recruiter (in-house consultant)
o We are generally hired by large Banks to coordinate the recruitment efforts of the
entire organization on a local and global level as in-house consultant by
developing a recruitment plan for the entire organization.
o Design the recruitment system and implements the overall recruiting strategy.
Handles hiring, employee retention, and all of the general duties associated with
employee management and policy.
o Work with universities for college recruitment efforts, carry out recruitment
activities (employment fairs).
o Prepare offers for candidates and new hire orientation materials, as well as
interviewing candidates and screening job applicants.
o Working closely with the human resources department, executives and managers
in order to get the best talent for the company. Create an overall recruiting plan
that outlines the type of candidates needed.
o Draft and post job descriptions, as well as continually sourcing candidates for
currently open positions and future positions.
o Handholding – after the successful candidate joins the organization, we keep an
ongoing open dialogue with both the candidate and the client to ensure a smooth
integration into the organization and accomplishment of targets and performance

Acquisition. Samar is a Banker by profession with over two decades experience
in the International Market embedded with high quality productive Global
Consulting, Executive Management and Human Recourses skills.
o After having spent (10) years in the banking arena (Citibank) has amassed a
wealth of knowledge in the field and gained an extensive experience and
understanding of the financial services industry in the MENA region and the
GCC in particular since 2002.
o In 2005 she launched the said HR Consultancy firm in UAE Dubai
Knowledge Village.
o With wealth of Banking and HR experience, the company came to the market
armed with in-depth Talent Recruitment coupled with the right industry
knowledge to meet the needs of the expanding Banking Sector in the Gulf
and the Middle East.
o In April 2008 a strategic decision has been taken to establish an executive
talent recruitment company in Bahrain Financial Harbor.
o Samar has been in-house HR Consultant for Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (2009
– 2012) to hire the Banks’ seniors, put in place the recruitment and talent
acquisition policy, system and procedures, responsible for all international
expansion including salary scale, job evaluations, organization charts, job
description for banks divisions and built the recruitment system linked to
the banks website.
o Prior to Solution Resources, Samar served Union National Bank (mid 2002)
Dubai - UAE as Commercial Manager for one year. Before that she served
Citibank Egypt from 1995 – 2002 in various roles covering the human
resources recruitment and training in addition she handled all the
international staff admin and program responsible for the Public Relation of
Citibank Egypt during that period.
