2. THE ONE ISSUE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES FORGOT ABOUT. SAMCAUCCI.COM
It is election time and candidates are
talking about many important issues
that are facing our nation.
Many issues except for one.
3. THE ONE ISSUE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES FORGOT ABOUT. SAMCAUCCI.COM
The Workforce. The engine that fuels the
growth and development that candidates
on both sides of the aisle are preaching
about. The engine that is facing one of the
toughest labor markets in recent time.
4. THE ONE ISSUE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES FORGOT ABOUT. SAMCAUCCI.COM
Young people play a big part in this picture.
Many leaving college with a degree that is
not preparing them for the challenges in
today’s workforce, and embarking on a job
search in which the jobs they pursue do not
always come with the training needed for
them to succeed.
5. THE ONE ISSUE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES FORGOT ABOUT. SAMCAUCCI.COM
I want to hear how the candidates are
going to fix it.
Not about building a wall. Not cliche
presidential promises. Not about
divisiveness. I am talking about a plan.

The problem we face is not one that can be
solved with a stump speech.
It is one that calls for the next administration to
focus on reforming the college experience,
how we approach college loans (Does it really
cost that much to go to college?), and the
benefits government provide to business
owners that make the choice to invest in their
people.

THESE ARE BIG PROBLEMS.
And while I agree we have many, I expect to
hear more on a topic that impacts so many
every day when they wake up to go to work.
As the next President of the United States –
this is most definitely their job!

WORKERS & HOW TO FIX IT. COMING TO AMAZON!
It doesn’t matter how many jobs we create – if we fail to prepare the
people that get them.
Education is the responsibility of a society. We face some tough questions
today. Are we teaching the right things and are we starting early enough?
How do we measure outcomes? Must our young people mortgage their
future to pay for a college degree? Are we investing enough to train our
workers?
It’s time that we tackle the challenge that faces our workforce. It’s time to
strategize, work together, take action, and solve the problem that
threatens the hope of a prosperous future for so many.
