if 3rd letter is A we have 25 other options to fill 2nd place .
so total ways posiible when A is 2nd or 3rd letter = 25 + 25 = 50
Total no of ways in which 2nd and 3rd places can be filled = 26 * 26 = 676
so required probability = 50 / 676 = 0.074.
