• We’re learning by doing it, repeatedly and applying best practices.
• We want to get better, faster and perform tests often if not daily.

What’s Our Method?
We use some different test styles.
• One to one, facilitator & participant while using video chat online.
• 3rd party, anonymous, text based questions with verbal responses.
We choose different test styles based on our budget and product needs.
Our management process includes:

Why is it Important?
• We’d like to get better at user testing so our participants will
come again.
• If they come again, we can build a relationship with people
who have knowledge of our products and our testing process.
• If our participants come again, and refer a colleague we can
build a community.
• If we build a community, we can make reliable product
improvements that come directly from our current target
markets.
