10. ABOUT SAADHANAI
Saadhanai Charitable Trust is a registered, non-
governmental, non-profitable, non religioble and non
political social service organization established in Sep-
2009 with the aim of assisting poor, sick and disabled
people in the developing world.
11. SAADHANAI is Head Quartered and operates from
Sivanandapuram, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, Southern part
of India.
12. It started to work for the people who are really under the
clutches of poverty and social backwardness . It provides
help to the needy, education for poor children, funds for
good causes, and all kind of social services like health
camps, public awareness programmes.
14. The saadhanai charitable trust was started when the
founder Randheer.B.Kurup lost his leg in an accident.
His life all of sudden became stand still and tough to lead
and that’s when he realized that even to do basic things he
needed the help of somebody.
15. This situation made him look beyond himself and made
him realize that there are so many physically, mentally and
financially challenged people who are in the same
situation and this realization of how difficult it would be
for them to lead their life without other's help.
16. This very thought instated in him to take a decision and
form “SAADHANAI CHARITABLE TRUST” to help
the people who are really in need and people who suffer.
17. OBJECTIVE
Our aim is to reach out to and assist the poor, sick and
disabled around the world. We endeavor to help the needy
by providing all kinds of social services including running
shelters for the homeless and the destitute, educating poor
children, distributing free medicines and food supplies to
the needy poor.

Orphans, Widows, Old Age People And Other Shelter
Less, Where They Will Be Taken Care With Sincerity And
Enthusiasm.

society who are living under the poverty line, who are
discriminated by the society, which we came across
through our naked eyes, We are terribly astonished and
annoyed pathetic plight.

37. To utilize the guidance, participation and financial
assistance from the established national and
international organizations such as W.H.O., UNICEF.
To join and or / affiliate or cooperate with, takeover,
amalgamate with or absorb any other institutions or
society having objects similar to those of this trust.
38. To own purchase, lease, construct, manage and
transfer any building or part there of, any other
movable, immovable property or carrying out the
objects of the Trust and permit any of the buildings
and properties to be acquired or hired by the Trust to
be used on such terms as it may deem fit for
meetings, lectures, discussions, exhibitions, dramas
and for the achievement and in furtherance of the
objects.
39. To raise loans for this purpose of carrying out the objects
and purposes of the Trust from the Local authority
Nationalized banks, Credit Corporation and / or
Government etc., so as to create funds for the trust.
40. To enter into any legal business (or) commercial
activity of mainly non-profitable nature and if
any profit arises that will be utilized for
achieving the objects of the Trust. And to do all
other incidental and useful necessary things that
are essential for the attachment of the above
objects.
41. To collect, manage, invest, disburse and deal with the
funds of the Trust raised by receiving donations,
conducting benefit programme or by any other legal and
moral means and to collect and receive the gifts of all kind
from the individuals of the aims and objects of the Trust.
