1. Summary
I liked the game of excel, because it was of teams. Some of the questions were:
What is the backstage view?
It’s were you see all the documents.
What does the control n´s do?
It opens a new document .
What is the mini toolbar?
If you do the left click it appears and you have many options to change the document.
In backstage view the commands enable to work with documents properties and others.
After you create your first document you will see the filename on the document title bar. Word
names the document document 1. When you want to save your document you have to specify a
target location and filename. You could save your document in a folder (if you want). Word gives
you the option of saving the document in a number of formats.
Before printing you document you need to preview its contents so you can correct anything that
was wrong and you didn’t notice, to do this you have to go to backstage, and there you would
have many options to use (if you want to use them). Make sure that your printer is connected to
the computer if you want to print something, if not connected ;) . In print settings you would see
many options to choose what you want to print and how.
