   The Mission is to strengthen communities and
    improve the quality of life for residents in
    Elizabeth City and Northeastern North
    Carolina. Founded in 1990, RCCDC is
    dedicated to providing strong leadership
    through the implementation of programs and
    initiatives that provide affordable housing,
    economic and workforce development, health
    and wellness, cultural awareness and youth
    empowerment.

   Renaissance Village—A (17) single-family
    subdivision, $1.7 million dollar project that was
    developed in 2001 and has been fully occupied
    since its development.  First time homebuyers and
    others who initially believed the American dream of
    owning a home was impossible found out it was
    possible.

   Renaissance Commons—A (48) unit, $3.6 million
    dollar senior housing complex.  Renaissance
    Commons Senior Housing consists of affordable one
    & two bedroom apartments and a community
    center—independent living for adults 55 years of
    age and older, and currently has a waiting list of
    over 60 potential applicants.
   Illustrate your organization’s current and
    projected financial status
   Include an income statement, balance sheet,
    and cash flow statement
   Include at least three years of financial
    projections to include (both public & private
    contributions)
   Include most recent Audit and 990’s
