subdivision, $1.7 million dollar project that was
developed in 2001 and has been fully occupied
since its development. First time homebuyers and
others who initially believed the American dream of
owning a home was impossible found out it was
possible.
Renaissance Commons—A (48) unit, $3.6 million
dollar senior housing complex. Renaissance
Commons Senior Housing consists of affordable one
& two bedroom apartments and a community
center—independent living for adults 55 years of
age and older, and currently has a waiting list of
over 60 potential applicants.
