2. Super Query
The reason conducted to the Super Query implementation is the overcoming of
limitations in researching and managing of results.
Super Queries are dynamic and configurable, according to the user needs and to
the complete corporative reality.
Moreover, thanks to Super Query it is possible to reach the following goals:
– Analysing and making drill down on results
– Obtaining analysis indicators
– Carrying on massive activities such as:
– Email marketing on one or more particular targets
– Massive activities and/or assignations
3. The advantages of Super Queries.
The main goal of the Super Query is allowing
the user to autonomously manage the
research modalities (what I want to obtain),
the results (what I want to see) and work on
these (what I want to do).
Often a research results are not easy to read . Through
the Indicators is possible to obtain homogeneous
groupings which give a clear vision of a research result
and if needed , visualization of data on a deeper result
(drill-down).
Once found the wished target , the user can
carrry out massive actions, for example
planning multiple visits on multiple targets.
4. Research filter
Defyning a research filter means that the user
establishes a research modality through criteria
defined by himself
