    Make sure you are
    brushing your teeth
    twice a day.
    - If you don’t it will
    lead to plaque
    buildup.
   Also make sure your
    flossing your teeth
    everyday.
   Body care is also very important.
   This includes showering, wearing deodorant
    and cutting your nails.
   Everyone should be showering daily.
   If you don’t shower daily you could get many
    different bacteria infections.
   Plus people do not want to smell you.
   Make sure you are
    putting on deodorant
    daily.
   You should also
    clean your ears every
    time you shower.
   Lastly, make sure you
    cut you nails.
    ◦ Not cutting your nails
      can cause ingrown
      nails.
   Good eating habits are very important to
    having a healthy life.
   Eating unhealthy can:
    Cause you to be overweight
    Makes you more likely to get sick
    Puts you at risk for heart attacks and other
    diseases.
   The food type that you
    need the most of in a
    day are grains.
   You should have
    anywhere from four to
    six servings a day,
    depending on your
    calorie intake.
   Grains consist of
    bread, cereal and some
    pasta.
   The next food group that you need are
    vegetables.
   Depending on your calorie intake you should
    consume 3-5 servings a day.
   You should eat a variety of vegetables.
   Fruits are the next group of foods that you
    need to eat.
   You need to eat anywhere from 3-5 servings
    a day.
   Although fruits are good for you, to many can
    be bad. Fruits contain a lot of sugar.
   The next thing you need is dairy.
   You do not want a lot of dairy in your diet.
   Anywhere from 2-3 servings a day are
    needed.
   Diaries consist of milk and cheese.
   The last group is meat.
   You may think meat is the most important
    food group, but actually too much meat is
    bad.
   You should consume around 1 serving.
   Fish is one of the best ways to fulfill this
    group.
   Other types of meat may be seafood or
    poultry.
   There are many foods that you should stay
    away from.
   Pop and high sugar drinks are one of the
    things you should stay from.
   Also you should stay away from eating
    candy, chips and fast foods.
   Good eating habits are very important to a
    healthy life.
   Exercise is a huge
    factor in a healthy
    lifestyle.
   Everyone should
    exercise weekly and
    often.
   Not exercising can lead
    to many bad habits.
   Depending on who you talk to, the amount of
    exercise may vary.
   Usually you should get around 30 min. of
    exercise a day.
   You don’t always have to be running to get
    exercise or lifting weights. There are many
    different ways you can exercise.

    healthy lifestyle at a young age.
   Learning about your hygiene, eating habits
    and exercise are 3 important factors to being
    healthy.
   If you can become an expert at these
    things, you will live a very healthy life.
