                          Process Description

1. Evaluate Current Business Strategy
Our first order of business is to evaluate internal resources, corporate poli-
cies, and objectives currently in practice. If none are available, we help
develop the framework needed to build a comprehensive multi-cultural
strategy.

2. Collect Relevant Field Data
Our primary objective is to support our recommendations with reliable pri-
mary market research data. Using our patented process we collect data
from a target market to confirm recommendations and reveal hidden op-
portunities.

3. Revise ROI Strategy
Over the years our experience has shown the inevitable benefits gained
from revising value propositions and ROI’s within strategies using fresh
data sourced directly from specific target markets. We help companies re-
adjust their original strategies to better reflect market expectations.

4. Design Educational Programs
We believe that a strategy is only as good as the management team’s abil-
ity to communicate its potential value within the organization as well as to
