• PDHPE programs focus on encouraging students to make
informed decisions related to health and physical activity
and develop positive attitudes towards a healthy
lifestyle.
• Parents should be involved in PDHPE programs in order
to assist teachers to adjust their programs to
accommodate the perspective of different groups within
the community.
• In relation to the topic on nutrition children require
guidance concerning appropriate health attitudes and
behaviors.
