                                “Assembly and Square System”

I created the “Assembly and Square System” to facilitate the assembly of parts on the wood industry, principally on the
Millwork, Architectural, Displays, Fixtures, Exhibits, Cabinets, Upholstery and any Furniture industry.
I’m an Industrial designer, and I have been working for 15 years on the furniture industry, and I know how the companies
having a lot of problems of cost, lead time and quality on the assembly departments. They have been using the same
assembly system for years, and all the Companies have the same problem.
Most of the companies use an old and inadequate system to square and assembly parts,
  -Dowel pins
  -Tenant and Mortise
  -Gaskets
  -Fillers
  -Joints
  -Cleats
  -Corner Blocks
  -Metal brackets
  -Etc…
These methods are not as accurate and efficient like my new assembly system.
So, I decide to create a new way to improve the old ways of production, using simple shapes of geometry, never used
before on the wood furniture industry. My system allows the companies to obtain better gains, this are the main points
who makes the difference:
1. - Easy way to assembly parts.
2. – No mistakes on the assembly process (all the parts has a mark)
3. - Square the parts automatically.
4. - It takes a lot of less time to assembly any product
5. - The final product is stronger and more resistant
6. – The final product is more elegant, it has more quality, and looks more professional
