How to Post a
Presentation in
Wordpress

Go to your desktop

Click the start button

After clicking the microsoft
powerpoint – below screen will
appear

To avoid formatting the slide
template over and over again

You need to make a master slide

Click the View tab

After clicking the View tab –
below screen will appear

Click the slide master option

After clicking the slide master
option-below screen will appear

Choose the master slide
template

Set the Title text

Click the Title text box

Go to the home tab

Go to the font size

Choose the font size

Choose the font face

I prefer to click Arial

Click the date text box

Delete date text box

Date text box is removed

Click the footer text box

Drag the footer text box to
desired position

Write your footer

Click the slide number text box

Drag the slide number text box to
desired location

Click the slide master tab

Click the close master view
button

Below screen will appear

But the below template doesn’t
follow your format!

Then what should be done?

Simple!, just go to the slide
layout

Choose the appropriate template

Then, below screen will appear

To show the footer and slide
number

Go to the insert tab

Click the footer and header icon

Tick the slide number and footer
box

Now the footer and slide number
appear

Slide template done, now we’ll
go to wordpress

Type wordpress.com, on your
browser page

Click the “Get started box “

Fill up your email address

Fill up your preferred password

Scroll down, and see the below
screen

Click the Create Blog icon

Click the Next Step button

Then, you have to choose your
theme

For the meantime, I choose Ryu

You can change your preferred
theme later

Below is the Ryu theme

It says , to confirm your email

Confirm your email

Click the Confirm Email Address
button

Email confirmed!

I prefer to change to another
theme

Click the dashboard option

Go to Appearance option

Click the Themes

Click the search icon, to find the
preferred theme

Then type the name of your
desired theme

Click Activate

Then click the name of your site

You have set up your wordpress
account!

Now you have to upload your
presentation in
www.slideshare.net

Go to www.slideshare.net

Sign up for an account

Fill up the sign up boxes

Click the sign up button

Click upload button

Click the upload button

Click your presentation to upload

Click open button

Wait for you file to upload

Your file uploaded!

Click save and continue

Click the view presentation
button

Click embed

Copy the code

Click the copy the button

Then open your wordpress
account

Go to the Post on the side bar

Choose the Add new option

Paste the code inside the text
tab

Then click the publish button

Your Presentation is now Posted!
