3. Spiritual Dimension
 The spiritual dimension is your center, your
commitment to your value system. It draws upon the
sources that inspire and uplift you and tie you to
timeless truths of humanity.
 Spiritual renewal is a Quadrant 2 investment of time
that we really can’t afford to neglect.

4. Overview of Atma
 Atma simply means one's true Self. This is the root or
fundamental entity of anything or any being that is
eternal, unchangeable, unmodifiable and so
on. Atma can mean different things depending upon
the context it is used. For living beings like
us, atma means the soul about which Shri Krishna
explains in the Gita using the following verses:-
For the soul there is neither birth nor death at any time.
He has not come into being, does not come into being,
and will not come into being. He is unborn, eternal,
ever-existing and primeval. He is not slain when the

soul
Two types of souls:-
• Param-atma(Supreme soul ):- Paramatma means
supreme soul. If the self of the body is the soul, then Parmatma
is the self of the soul. That is, the soul of the soul is the
supreme soul.
• Jiva-atma(individual soul):- the individual soul, known as
the living entity

 Technically, food is just supposed to nourish our
bodies, give us the energy we need to go
throughout the day, but then over time, something
magical happened: people began to fall in love with
food (which is what brought me, and probably you,
here to Spoon). Food began to do more than just
keep our physical bodies alive; it began to fuel our
souls..

8. Self realization
Self-realization is an expression used
in psychology, spirituality, and Eastern religions. It is defined
as the "fulfillment by oneself of the possibilities of one's
character or personality.
The three dimensions of self-realization:-
 Personal Self-Realization
 Individual Self-Realization
 Universal Self-Realization
